EVOLEN collects personal information belonging to users of the adherent.evolen.org website for the purpose of providing certain services offered by the site. The user is fully cognizant they are supplying this information, especially at such times as when they are themselves responsible for entering or updating this information. At such times, the user of the site will be informed which information must be supplied and which information is optional.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the French Loi 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data storage on computer and data protection, every user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise this right, send your request by email (address: communication@evolen.org) or by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of an identity document with the signature of the document holder, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.
- The data appearing in the EVOLEN member space is the information we have collected during your membership of the association or during subsequent updates.
- Your data is exclusively used within the framework of the association.
- The data collected and retained by EVOLEN is necessary for the proper functioning of the association and is exclusively for EVOLEN’s use:
- To facilitate the smooth running of the association’s activities – conferences, workshops, commissions, newsletters, etc., and enable member participation in these activities.
- The only data publicly available in the association’s members’ listing is data relating to the main contact person for member companies or of individual members, compiled for the purposes of creating this members’ listing (whether the print or online version).
- You can at any time modify or have this data modified on your behalf in your member space. It is preferable to do this yourself, but the person designated by your company to manage the company and employees’ space on the adherent.evolen.org site may also do it. Alternatively, you can send your request to: communication@evolen.org.
- Deletion of your member space: Your member space can be deleted upon request. Just send your request to: communication@evolen.org.
- Your member space will be deleted if you do not renew your membership to the association. The data will be removed from the member space and will be kept in our database (internal tool) for a maximum of 3 years.
